Official Order, Payment, Return & Refund Policy
1. Official Identity & Authenticity
Malik Optics is a verified optical brand. We are responsible only for orders placed through our official website and verified contact channels. Any transaction made outside our official platforms is not our responsibility.

3. Payment Methods & Discounts
Bank Transfer (Recommended): 10% discount available with 100% advance payment.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Available with conditions. 15% advance payment is mandatory for customized lens orders.
4. Customized Lenses β Strict Policy

- Customized Sunglasses Lenses
Customized lenses are non-returnable and non-refundable.
In case of return, the customer must keep the customized lenses and return only the empty frame with dummy lenses.
5. Frame Only Orders (Without Customization)
Frames purchased without lens customization (dummy lenses included) are eligible for return within 7 days (conditions apply).
6. Dummy & Original Lenses Rule
Dummy lenses and original sunglass lenses must be returned. Missing lenses result in no return or refund.
7. Three-Piece Frame Policy (Strict)
Three-piece customized frames or sunglasses are not eligible for return or refund once cut.
8. Frame Refund Calculation
Refund applies to frame price only. Rs.250 delivery charges will be deducted. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
9. Return Shipping
Return courier charges must be paid by the customer. Malik Optics does not cover return shipping.
10. Exchange / Re-Order Policy
Old frame must be returned and a new order placed. Orders below Rs.2000 are charged Rs.250 delivery fees.
11. Original Bill & Packing (Mandatory)
Original invoice, official stamp, packaging, and lenses must be returned. Missing any item results in no refund.
12. Time Limit
Return or refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. After that, no return, refund, or exchange is allowed.
13. Fair Trade & Islamic Notice
Courier service is third-party. Once used, courier charges are non-refundable as per fair trade and Islamic principles.
14. Delivery Timeline
Standard orders: 3β5 working days. Customized orders: 5β8 working days.
15. Final Confirmation
By proceeding, you confirm that you fully accept all policies and that no dispute or claim will be accepted later.
