Customized lenses (including power, zero power, blue cut, photochromic, and customized sunglasses lenses) are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable. Frame-only purchases (with dummy lenses) can be returned within 7 days of delivery, subject to conditions. Delivery charges of Rs.250 are non-refundable once courier service is used. Please read our Return & Refund Policy page for complete details.
Yes, exchanges are allowed for eligible frame-only purchases. The customer must return the old frame at their own courier cost and place a new order. If the new order amount is below Rs.2000, delivery charges will apply.
No. All customized lenses are non-returnable and non-refundable. In case of a frame return, the customer must remove and keep the lenses and return only the empty frame.
Yes. Malik Optics is a verified optical brand. All our products are 100% authentic and sourced through official suppliers. We stand behind the quality and originality of every product we sell.
Yes, we provide customized prescription lenses including eyesight, zero power, blue cut, photochromic, and drive safe lenses. Since these lenses are custom-made, they cannot be returned or refunded.
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and Bank Transfer only. A 10% discount is available on full advance bank transfer payments.
Customized lens orders require advance payment. Orders without required advance will not be processed for customized lenses.
Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days in major cities and 5–7 working days in other areas. Delivery timelines may vary due to courier or location factors.
Dummy lenses (for eye-set frames) and original lenses (for sunglasses) must be returned with the frame. Missing lenses will result in no return or refund.
No. Three-piece customized frames and sunglasses are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable because their original shape cannot be restored after cutting.
Return courier charges are paid by the customer. Malik Optics does not cover return shipping costs.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via WhatsApp or SMS. You can also contact our official support numbers for updates.
Return or refund requests must include the original invoice, official stamp, original packing, and dummy/original lenses. Missing any of these will result in rejection.
Return, refund, or exchange requests made after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.
